Ingredients
Ingredients (in 1 teabag): Lemon Balm herb (Herba melissae) 450mg, Lady's Mantle herb (Herba alchemillae) 300mg, Fennel fruit (Fructus foeniculi) 225mg, Chasteberry fruit (Fructus agni-casti) 150mg, Yarrow herb (Herba millefolii) 150mg, Vervain herb (Herba verbenae) 120mg, Peppermint herb (Herba piperitae) 105mg.
Preparation
Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1 teabag and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
Recommended Dosage
1–2 cups per day.

Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
