Flavored black tea, portioned in bags. Pu-erh tea has been known and loved in China since time immemorial. It is grown in Yunnan province and prepared from the green leaves, which are then fermented until they turn a reddish-brown colour with a subtle, typically earthy flavour. Tea helps with weight control, promotes lipid degradation, and is a natural source of antioxidants that help protect the body from the harmful effects of free radicals. It helps to refresh the body and mind.
Ingredients
Black tea (73%), ginger root (10%), flavouring, citric acid, pineapple extract (5%).
Recommended dosage
1-3 cups per day.
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for 3-5 min.

Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C.
