Lemon balm, valerian, camomile, hops, passion flower and lavender have a beneficial effect on sleep and falling asleep. Valerian and camomile contribute to relaxation and good mental well-being. Schisandra has adaptogenic effects and helps to manage stress.
Ingredients
Beet sugar, herbal extract 315mg (Melissa Officinalis Leaf 30%, Chamomilla Recutita Flower 30%, Valeriana Officinalis Root 10%, Lavandula Angustifolia Flower 9%, Origanum Vulgare Leaf 8%, Passiflora Incarnata Herb 7%, Humulus Lupulus Cone 5%, Papaver Rhoeas Flower 1%), corn maltodextrin.
Preparation
Dissolve the contents in 150ml of hot water.
Recommended Dosage
1–2 cups per day.
