The preparation of loose tea is simple. You will need 10 g of black tea per 0.5 l pot, pour water at 95 °C and let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. The time is approximate. It is advisable to sip some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. To prepare a 0.5 litre pot of green tea, pour 10 g of tea over 80 °C water and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. The tea is meant to taste good, and if you prefer stronger teas, use more leaves, hotter water, or increase the steeping time.
