This festive tea is ideal for cold days - it warms you up beautifully and the aroma of cinnamon, fennel, ginger, cloves, anise and pepper caresses your senses.
The preparation of black tea is very easy. You will need 10 g of tea for a 0.5 l pot, pour water at 95 °C and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. The time is indicative and it is a good idea to sip some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. If you like stronger teas, use more tea leaves or extend the steeping time.
