Ceremonial matcha is characterised by its light green colour, fresh aroma and fresh taste. It is characterised by higher levels of the antioxidant EGCG and other antioxidants than other varieties. Matcha Latté has a delicate taste, which is imparted by inulin and stevia. For a rich foam, we softened the matcha with coconut milk, which makes the latte suitable for vegans. Matcha is not just a tea, but a drink associated with pleasure and ritual. The blend is based on exclusive organic Matcha imported directly from Japan. The original Matcha from selected parts of Japan can rightly be called a gem among teas. The dried pulp of the youngest leaves of the tea tree is ground into a fine powder. Ceremonial matcha in BrainMax Pure Matcha Latte Vegan, BIO
Like green tea, matcha comes from the Camellia sinensis plant. However, it is grown according to different practices and therefore has a different nutritional profile. Ceremonial matcha is especially rich in EGCG or epigallocatechin gallate, which also acts as an antioxidant in the body. Farmers grow matcha by covering their tea plants 20-30 days before harvest to avoid direct sunlight. This increases chlorophyll production, increases the amino acid content and gives the plant a darker green shade. Young tea leaves are harvested, the stems and veins removed and ground into a fine powder. As a result, matcha retains all its valuable substances, including chlorophylls and antioxidants.

Recommended dosage
