Matcha is a ritual drink associated with the Japanese aristocracy. Traditionally, its collection, processing and drinking are still observed today. Drinking matcha tea is accompanied by a tea ritual. The matcha set includes a special bamboo matcha chasak scoop, which thanks to its shape scoops the right amount, and a bamboo spoon. The set closes with a whisk called a chasen, which kneads the matcha and makes it beautifully foamy. Matcha set is the perfect gift for all matcha tea lovers, thanks to which you can have a piece of the land of the rising sun right in your home.
Why use BrainMax Pure Matcha set
Matcha set is a basic set for the proper preparation of organic matcha tea. The set includes a whisk, a bamboo spoon and a special matcha scoop. All in soft colour tones, stored in a practical box. The whisk or chasen is an indispensable part of the preparation of matcha tea, thanks to which the matcha is whipped into a thicker foam. It is recommended to soak the whisk in warm water before each use so that the bristles are soft enough.
Matcha tea preparation
Traditional matcha is made with matcha powder and water, but you can also easily make a latte by softening the matcha with whipped milk.

- Remove ½ teaspoon of matcha from the packet and sift it through a sieve into a bowl
- Pour 1 deciliter of water at 75 ⁰C over the matcha (under normal conditions, the water cools to this temperature about 2 minutes after boiling)
- Dip the whisk and froth the matcha
Contents of the set
1× whisk, 1× bamboo spoon, 1× special bamboo matcha scoop.
