Preparation
The best thing about the Fitness Tea tea blend is that it is very simple to prepare - just pour one to two teaspoons of tea with boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. We then recommend straining the tea and drinking it either while it is still warm or letting it cool. Once cooled, you can serve it with a few ice cubes (in which case, it' s a good idea to make the infusion a little stronger) and sip it during hot summer days.
