Dosage:

Collagen 10 000 mg MANGO:
1 scoop per day. Dissolve in 200ml of water or juice at any time of day, or mix into food (e.g., yoghurt). 
Collagen 10 000 mg NEUTRAL:
2 scoops per day. Dissolve in 200ml of water, any cold/hot drink or food. (For optimal effect, long-term use of the supplements is recommended.) 
Collagen mask:
Apply to a cleansed face. Leave on for 2–4 hours, or until the sheet becomes transparent, then gently remove. Use as needed (for single use only).
Collagen Use and Absorption:
Collagen drinks can be taken at any time of the day. For optimal results, long-term and regular use is recommended (at least 2–3 months). The unflavoured neutral collagen is ideal for adding to your morning coffee, tea, smoothie, porridge or yoghurt without affecting the taste. Mix the flavoured version (Mango) in cold water or juice for a refreshing daily drink.
Mask Application:
Before opening, gently knead the mask sachet in your palms to evenly distribute the active serum throughout the sheet. The mask will gradually become transparent, which is a natural process indicating that the active low-molecular-weight substances have been absorbed into the skin.

Collagen 10 000 mg NEUTRAL:100% hydrolysed beef collagen type I and III with low molecular weight (2,000 Da).
