Creano Bio Evening Tea - Good Night Tea
Do you have a head full of thoughts and sleep in sight? This organic evening tea will gently slow you down. The combination of valerian, lavender and lemon balm acts as a "switch off button" for your mind after a hard day.
Key features of Creano Bio Evening Tea - Good Night Tea, 20 bags
- Deep relaxation: Contains valerian and lavender for soothing.
- Hot taste: Delicately sweet thanks to liquorice and a touch of cinnamon.
- Decaffeinated: A pure herbal blend that will make you sleep like a baby.
Herbs in Bedtime Tea
- Knot & Lavender: Two heavyweights in the fight against stress and anxiety. They release tension in the muscles and in the head.
- Madonna & Linden: A classic that caresses the nerves and warms the heart.
- Aloisie & Licorice: They give the tea a wonderful, naturally sweet and lemony taste, so you drink it with gusto, not as medicine.
Preparation
Insert the bag into your favourite mug. Cover with boiling water (100 °C). Leave to infuse for 5 - 7 minutes. The longer you leave it, the stronger the relaxing effect of the goatskin will be.
Recommended administration
We recommend brewing a cup about 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Make it a ritual - put down the phone, pick up a hot mug, inhale the scent of lavender and let the day drift away.
Ingredients
Aloisia citronata (30%), Chamomile (25%), licorice root (20%), lemon balm (9%), Lavender flower (8%), valerian root (5 %), silver lime blossom (2 %), cinnamon (1%). Because of its licorice content, people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption (one cup in the evening is perfectly safe, however).
