How to use:
Rinse your mouth with one spoonful of mouthwash for 1 minute, ideally in the morning and evening after your main meals. After application, it is recommended not to smoke for at least one hour and to limit the consumption of pigment-rich foods and drinks, such as coffee or tea, to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the ADS system. The duration of use is typically 15 days, or as recommended by your dentist or dental hygienist. To achieve the optimal effect of the ADS system, avoid smoking and reduce your intake of highly pigmented foods and drinks for at least one hour after use. Follow the length of treatment recommended by your specialist.
