The full-bodied taste of quality dark Pu-erh tea leaves complemented by green sencha with bits of elderberries, strawberries, blackberries, kiwi and blue cornflower will energize you even on an especially busy day.
Flavouring teas with various flowers, fruits or spices has a long tradition in China. Traditional examples include jasmine flowers, roses or lychee fruit. Tea has a very good ability to absorb ambient aromas and therefore its flavour can easily be enhanced with other flavour components.

The best way to enjoy the tea is to pour 10 g of tea over 0.5 l of 95°C water. Drain after 2-3 minutes. You can add more tea leaves for a more intense flavour. You don't have to worry about experimenting with the amount of tea or the length of the infusion. You can fine-tune your drink to your complete satisfaction. For black tea, we recommend making only one infusion from each batch of leaves.
