DERMACOL 12H True Colour Eyeliner No.9

It contains a high amount of intense colour pigments, thanks to which you can beautifully draw the eyeliner with just one application. The creamy and long-lasting texture lasts on your eyes for up to 12 hours. The 12H True Colour Eyeliner can be used as a kajal pencil to draw a more intense eyeliner or a precisely defined line. The pencil is suitable to make up the line inside the eye called. WATER LINE = Applying a lower, inner line to visually enlarge and brighten the eyes, ideal for smaller or tired eyes. Thanks to its stability, it can withstand even extremely high temperatures - max. 50 °C.
