DERMACOL 16H Matic Eyeliner No.03 Brown 0,3 g

The DERMACOL 16H Matic Eyeliner No.03 Brown contains a high amount of intense colour pigments, thanks to which you can beautifully draw your eyeliner with just one application. The creamy, waterproof and long-lasting texture lasts up to 16 hours on the eyes. Easy to apply, it literally glides on the eyelid and leaves an instant effect. The pencil is suitable for drawing a line inside the eye, so called. water line, i.e. make-up of the lower, inner line to visually enlarge and brighten the eyes. It is therefore ideal for smaller or tired eyes. The texture stays soft and creamy for about 40 seconds after application, then dries and lasts up to 16 hours without smudging or fading. Thanks to its stability, it can withstand extremely high temperatures up to 40 °C.

Use:
