The Berry Fruit Infusion Tea is a blend based on berries and hibiscus. The blend is typical of the Nordic tradition. The infusion is rich in flavonoids. The tea infusion from the berries of the Forest Fruit consists of 38.8% hibiscus flowers, raisins, 25.9% elderberries, aroma, blackcurrants and 1.4% blueberries. The tea is suitable for drinking at any time of the day.
To prepare the infusion from the berry mixture, we will need 2 g of the mixture. Pour water at a temperature of 95 - 100 °C over the prepared mixture and leave to infuse for 4 to 7 minutes.
