Ingredients
Mate, ginkgo leaf, St. John's wort, raspberry leaf, rosehip fruit.
Recommended dosage
It is recommended to drink 1-3 cups per day according to the energy needs during the day. You can enjoy the tea hot or cold as part of your regular drinking regime.
Preparation
1 teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 1-2 g) per cup (approx. 250 ml) pour hot water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes, then strain and drink.
