Active ingredients
- Horsetail and sea buckthorn have a beneficial effect on the normal condition of the skin.
- Rosehip is an antioxidant and supports natural immunity.
- Asian navel supports normal digestion and cardiovascular system function.
Ingredients
Centella asiatica (Centella asiatica), rose of the rose hip (Rosa canina), horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Tremella fuciformis, Aronia melanocarpa, sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), rose (Rosa centifolia).
Recommended dosage
1–3 cups daily, 1–4 months, regardless of meals. Then a break of 6 weeks, then the course can be repeated.
Tea is slightly diuretic, it is advisable to increase your daily fluid intake.
Pour 1 teaspoon (2 g) with boiling water (200–250 ml) and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
