Active ingredients
- Chamomile is an antioxidant, supports circulatory system function and relaxation.

Ingredients
Daisy (Tanacetum parthenium), Verbena officinalis, Mentha piperita, Mellisa ocinalis, Filipendula ulmaria.
Recommended dosage
Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture (2 g) with boiling water (200–250 ml) and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
1–4 cups daily, can be taken for 3–4 weeks, regardless of meals. In the case of 1-2 cups per day, it can be used for up to 2 months.
