Goldenrod supports the normal function of the urinary system, acts as an antioxidant, and strengthens the body's overall defences. Knotgrass supports the proper function of the urinary tract. Silver birch contributes to detoxification and has a positive effect on the normal function of the urinary tract and kidneys. Common heather has a beneficial effect on the kidneys and urinary tract.
Ingredients
Goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea), Lady's Bedstraw (Galium verum), Knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare), Silver Birch (Betula pendula), Marigold (Calendula officinalis), Common Heather (Calluna vulgaris), Downy Hemp-nettle (Galeopsis segetum).
Preparation
Pour boiling water (200–250ml) over 1 teaspoon of the blend (2g) and let it infuse for 10–15 minutes.
Recommended dosage
2–3 cups daily for 1 month, regardless of meals. Then take a break for 4–6 weeks, after which the course can be repeated.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
