Active ingredients
- Purple coneflower with thyme supports the respiratory system.
- Elderberry, linden, and rosehip are antioxidants and support the immune system.
- Elm meadowsweet and felted yarrow support the body' s natural defenses.
Ingredients
Echinacea purpurea (purple coneflower), Elderberry (Sambucus nigra), Tilia cordata, Thistle (Uncaria tomentosa), Elm tree (Filipendula ulmaria), Thymus serpyllum, Rose of the rose (Rosa canina).
Recommended dosage
Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture (2 g) with boiling water (200–250 ml) and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
1–4 cups daily, 2–3 weeks, regardless of meals.
If taking blood thinning medications, 1–2 cups for 10 days.
