Active ingredients
- Cranberries are antioxidants and, together with uncaria, support natural defenses.
- Bearberry is an antioxidant, supports the function of the bladder, kidneys and immunity.
- Echinacea supports the immune system and lower urinary tract function.
Ingredients
Cranberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), common heather (Calluna vulgaris), Thistle (Uncaria tomentosa), purple coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), viola tricoloura, The bear (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), Galium verum.
Recommended dosage
Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture (2 g) with boiling water (200–250 ml) and let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
1–4 cups daily, for 3–4 weeks, regardless of meals.
In the case of 1-2 cups per day, it can be used for up to 2 months.
