The best way to enjoy the tea is to pour about 1 - 1.5 teaspoons of tea into the teapot to cover the bottom. Pour boiled water at a temperature of 80 °C over it and infuse for approximately 3 minutes, then drain. You can add more tea leaves for a more intense flavour. You don't have to worry about experimenting with the amount of tea or the length of the infusion. You can fine-tune your drink to your complete satisfaction. For Blackberry Jasmine green flavoured tea, we recommend making only one infusion from each batch of leaves.
