But of course, this tea is dominated by fruit - especially pineapple and melon. Thanks to its interesting composition, Sencha green tea with melon flavour is an excellent tea that can be served both hot and chilled with ice.
The preparation of green tea is very easy. You will need 10 g of tea for a 0.5 l teapot, pour in water at 90 °C and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. The time is indicative and it is a good idea to sip some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. If you like stronger teas, use more tea leaves or extend the steeping time.
