The best way to enjoy the tea is to pour 10 g of tea over 0.5 l of water at 80 °C. Drain after 2-3 minutes. You can add more tea leaves for a more intense flavour. You don't have to worry about experimenting with the amount of tea or the length of the infusion. You can fine-tune your drink to your complete satisfaction. For this tea, we recommend making only one infusion from each batch of leaves.
