Ingredients
Nettle leaf (folium urticae), Blackcurrant leaf (ribes nigrum folium), Chamomile flower (chamomilla flos), Linden flower (tilia cordata flos), Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus flos), Horsetail inflorescence (herba equiseti), Cinnamon bark (cinnamomi cortex).
Preparation
Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over one infusion bag, removing the top paper wrapper, and let it steep for 5–10 minutes. Tea is drunk warm. It is always prepared fresh just before consumption.
Recommended dosage
Adults are recommended to drink 2-3 cups of tea per day.
