Preparation of 10 g of tea in a 0.5 l teapot:
Pour water at 80° C over the tea, infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, then drain.
The time is indicative and it is a good idea to sip some tea after a certain time of infusion, taste it and if necessary strain the whole infusion or let it continue to infuse. The tea is meant to be tasty, and if you prefer stronger teas, use more leaves, hotter water or stretch the steeping time.
