Ingredients
Motherwort root, Fennel fruit, peppermint extract, mallow flower, St. John's wort, plantain leaf, a wildflower, primrose flower, licorice root.
Preparation
Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one sachet and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.
Recommended dosage
Drink 1-3 times a day. A one-week break is advisable when taking it for more than one month.
