Ingredients

Sea buckthorn fruit, nettle leaf, blackcurrant leaf, Arrow, contryhel navel, Lemon balm, Chamomile flower, Proskurnik root, deaf-hornflower root.

Preparation

Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over one sachet and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes.

Recommended dosage

Drink 1-3 times a day.
