This tea was part of a special series for the Historic Royal Palaces of England. It is stronger than Earl Grey Supreme and its lemony bergamot stands out with its intense flavour. The elegant blue tin, inspired by the sapphires of the Crown Jewels, contains a tea that honours the British tradition of strong teas.

Ingredients

Black tea, oolong tea, oil of bergamot.

Preparation

Pour boiling water over the tea bag. Infuse for 5 minutes, then remove the bag.

Storage

Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
