Ingredients
Milk thistle fruit (Silybum marianum fructus), dandelion root and stem (Taraxacum officinale radix cum herba), black currant leaf (Folium Sambucus nigri), stinging nettle (Herba urticae), goldenrod (Solidago herba), Aronia fruit (Aronia melanocarpa fructus).
Preparation
Pour 0.25 l of boiling water over 1 sachet and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Tea is drunk warm. It is always prepared fresh just before consumption.
