Preparation
Shake before opening. Start with a small amount and increase the amount as needed. Avoid metal spoons. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

Notice
HOLLE recommends to start feeding at the earliest in the 5th month. Start slowly - there is certainly no hurry. Serve soft, single-species vegetable starters first. After 3 to 4 weeks of introducing the first feedings, add non-dairy porridges and meat feedings full of the necessary iron. However, please note that each baby is getting used to it individually, so it's a good idea to start with feedings according to their reactions.
