HOLLE BIO Spelt Milk Porridge
Organic baby spelt porridge Holle Bio is intended for children from 5 months. It is prepared according to a traditional Swiss recipe and is free of added sugar, salt, preservatives and flavourings. It's made with premium whole spelt grains, which retain plenty of vitamins and are more filling. In addition, it contains a high fibre content. The ingredients are sourced from Demeter Farms, which is the equivalent of the highest quality organic baby food on the market.

Wholemeal spelt flour 37%, skimmed milk powder 20%, flour powder, partially demineralised 12 %, Vitamin B1, vegetable oil, maltodextrin, calcium carbonate, Vitamin A, Vitamin D
Preparation
1. Dairy
Prepare 150-170 ml of Holle milk according to the instructions and add 25 g (6 tbsp) of Holle porridge to a small bowl or bottle. Allow to cool to 37 °C. The porridge can be served immediately.
2. Dairy-freeLet 200 ml of boiled water cool to 50 ˚C. Then add 25 g (6 tbsp) of Holle porridge and stir in 1 teaspoon of Holle baby oil. thus achieving the ideal consistency.
3. With fruit/vegetable puree
Mix 20 g (4 tbsp) of Holle porridge with 90 ml of Holle baby water. Then stir in 100g of Holle fruit/vegetable puree. Finally, stir in a teaspoon of baby oil.
Storage conditions
Keep dry at room temperature. Use within 3 weeks of opening.
