Its fruits are sweet with a slightly sour undertone and contain fibre, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and a range of vitamins (B, C, A), as well as calcium and phosphorus.
Unique processing of OPA Ceylon green tea
The base of the tea blend is Ceylon large-leaf green tea, designated OPA (Orange Pekoe A). The whole tea leaves are rolled into small scrolls, which unfurl to their full beauty after being steeped in hot water. With this method of tea processing, you don't need to use a strainer for brewing. Simply remove the unfurled leaves from your cup with a spoon.
