Multifunctional 2-in-1 guard – convert your bed guard into a playpen
When you purchase 4 pieces of the iMex Smart bed guard, you receive free connectors, which are the key element for converting the guards into a practical playpen. Experts developed this clever connector with multifunctionality and safety in mind. It lets you connect individual guards into a stable structure that creates a secure, closed space. This is ideal as a playpen where your child can play and rest while staying away from hazardous areas in the room. Converting the guards into a playpen is a very simple process that anyone can handle without any complex tools. To assemble the playpen, you need two pairs of guards of the same size, e.g., 2×200cm and 2×120cm.
Safe and durable construction
The entire guard features a double-sided lowering system, giving you access to your baby from the outside of the bed. The mechanism of the guard is designed so that a child cannot unlock it on their own. Adjustable metal feet let you adapt the height of the guard to the mattress, avoiding any dangerous gaps between the railing and the mattress. The metal legs feature a wide end-cap that goes under the mattress to provide greater stability. The frame is made of lightweight, durable metal that withstands high pressure and does not deform. The guard consists of metal tubes, plastic parts (PP) and soft protective elements (EPE foam).
Quality and breathable material
The product features a breathable mesh that ensures proper air circulation and lets you keep an eye on your child. The top part of the guard is covered with a special child-friendly material that is easy to clean. The material is also suitable for homes with pets. Smart guards cannot be combined with other types of guards (such as Premium, etc.). The actual length of the railing is approximately 3cm shorter to allow space for attaching additional railings on both sides. The guard is intended solely for protection during sleep. Climbing on it or modifying its construction is not permitted.
Installation without drilling
You can install the iMex Smart guard without any drilling. The entire system relies on securing the frame directly under the mattress, where the mattress weight stabilises the structure. You can use 1, 2 (in an "L" shape or opposite each other), 3 (in a "U" shape) or 4 bed guards (around the entire perimeter of the bed). You can attach them to almost any type of bed. When ordering, please measure the lengths of the sides of your inner bed frame.
