JUKL Herbal Tea Metabolism 100g is a herbal blend of nettle, birch, goldenrod, horsetail, St John's wort, marigold, knotweed, hemp-nettle, restharrow and bedstraw. Nettle supports the excretion of water from the body and contributes to vitality. Birch and goldenrod support the normal function of the urinary tract and kidneys. Horsetail contributes to the normal function of the urinary system.
Ingredients
Nettle, birch, goldenrod, horsetail, St John's wort, marigold, knotweed, hemp-nettle, restharrow, bedstraw.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, stems, flowers): Pour 1/4L of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the mixture, cover, leave to stand for 10 minutes and strain. Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds): Add 1–2 teaspoons of the mixture to 1/4L of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes, then strain. Always prepare fresh and drink 2–3× a day.
Storage
Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
