Ingredients
Arrow, Birch, goldenrod, Dandelion, a proskurnik, Cornflower, Horsetail, plantain, juniper, bear cubs.
Recommended dosage
1-3 cups daily during the day, as needed. Because the effects of herbal mixtures are best when taken regularly, it is advisable to include tea in your daily drinking routine.
Preparation
Put one teaspoon of the mixture in a mug, pour hot water (not boiling) and let it infuse for 10-15 minutes under a lid. After this time, strain the tea and drink freshly prepared.
