Ingredients
Roman chamomile, Pansy, Birch, Benedict, St. John's wort, Pushcart, Licorice.
Recommended dosage
Tea should be drunk 2-3 times a day according to taste as part of a drinking regime.
Preparation
Pour 2 teaspoons (2-3 g) of the mixture into 250 ml of boiling water. Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes, then strain the tea.
