The blend of herbs in this tea is deliberately selected to create a full and harmonious herbal infusion suitable for drinking during the day or evening without caffeine. The combinations of herbs have a pleasant aromatic effect and are traditionally combined in herbalism to promote the overall feeling of a well-digested drink with a subtle spicy-herbal character. The tea can be drunk hot or cold as desired, and thanks to the content of multiple herbs, it provides a more varied taste experience than single-herb teas.

Dandelion, Nettle, Birch, Truskavec, Goldilocks, A fat man, Needles.
Recommended dosage
Tea can be drunk 2-4 times a day according to taste and overall drinking regime. It does not contain caffeine, so it is also suitable in the afternoon or evening.
Preparation
Pour 1-2 teaspoons (≈ 2-3 g) of herbs into 250-300 ml of hot water (not boiling). Infuse for 5-10 minutes, then strain and serve warm or chilled.
