Preparation
For the infusion, pour 2 teaspoons of ¼ l boiling water over the infusion, leave in a covered container for 10 min. stand and strain. For the decoction, pour 1-2 tsp into ¼ l of cold water, bring to a boil, 1 min. boil, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain.
