JUKL Immoderation herbal tea
A herbal blend containing elderflower, birch, dandelion, sloe, spiny restharrow, cleavers, rosemary and goldenrod. Birch supports normal urinary tract function and water excretion from the body. Dandelion contributes to normal digestion and liver function.
Ingredients
Elderflower, Birch, Dandelion, Sloe, Spiny Restharrow, Cleavers, Rosemary, Goldenrod.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, stems, flowers):
Pour 1/4L of boiling water over 2 teaspoons of the mixture, cover, leave to infuse for 10 minutes and then strain.
Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds):
Add 1–2 teaspoons of the mixture to 1/4L of cold water, bring to the boil, simmer for 1 minute, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes, then strain. Always prepare fresh and drink 2–3× daily.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C.
