JUKL Herbal Experience Tea is a traditional herbal blend suitable for daily use as part of a balanced lifestyle. The mixture can be included in the normal drinking regime, especially after meals or when the digestive tract is under increased stress. Pushkvorec, Mata, Heřmánek, Kmín.
Preparation
Infusion (leaves, shoots, flowers): Cover 2 teaspoons with 1/4 litre of boiling water, leave to infuse in a covered container for 10 minutes, then strain. Decoction (roots, fruits, seeds): Add 1-2 teaspoons to 1/4 l of cold water, bring to a boil, simmer for 1 minute, let stand in a covered container for 15 minutes and strain. Always prepare fresh, it is recommended to drink 2-3 times a day.
