The basis of BIO Nature's DHA+ Starting Milk is whole milk, sourced locally from free-range cows in the immediate vicinity of the Lake District National Park in the north of the UK. 1. Wash your hands, sterilize all equipment and the bottle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Boil fresh water and let cool for no more than 30 minutes. The ideal temperature is more than 37 °C (milk may dissolve less easily in water that is too cold). Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
3. Pour the required amount of water (according to the instructions below) into the sterilized bottle.
4. Using the measuring cup provided, add the number of aligned measuring cups to the bottle of water.
5. Cap the bottle and shake well to dissolve the powder.
6. Cool to a natural drinking temperature and check the temperature of the liquid on your wrist.
7. Do not store unconsumed food.
8. Never add more than the prescribed amount of food or anything else to the diet.
9. Do not put a wet measuring cup inside the package.

Recommended dosage: 1 aligned scoop (4.3 g of powder) per 30 ml of water is equivalent to 92 kJ (22 kcal).
Important feeding instructions: Use the correct amount of aligned measuring cups as instructed. The child may feel sick when using more or less measuring cups than directed. If you do not use the prepared milk within 2 hours of preparation, we recommend pouring it out and preparing new milk. Do not add products that are intended for adults to the prepared milk, such as. long-life cow's milk. Do not heat in the microwave.
Storage conditions
Always close the package carefully and use within 4 weeks after opening. Store in a cool, dry place between 5-20 °C.
