LAVON kettles and kitchen equipment 1 l

LAVON cleaner is a concentrated product designed for restaurants, corporate and school canteens, hotels, bakeries, butcher shops and food processing plants.Effectively and quickly removes burns, grease, unpleasant odours, leftovers from the barbecues, of the kettles, fryers, stoves, ovens, hoods, grates and stainless steel equipment.

Use:
Dose concentrated or diluted 1:1 to 1:2. Apply with a special application gun or with a 1 l pack of foaming agent. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Remove dirt and rinse thoroughly with potable water. Always rinse the foamer nozzle after application to prevent natural crystallization of the sodium hydroxide contained in the product. If the nozzle becomes clogged, just rinse briefly with a stream of water. Convection machines: Spray onto the dampened surface and leave on. Start the wash cycle. Use up to 50-65 °C when the convectored machine is warm. Fryers: Drain the oil. Dispense the product diluted with water: 1:10 to 1:20. Close and heat to max. 65 °C for 20-30 minutes. Remove dirt, rinse thoroughly with potable water. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THE MATERIAL OR EQUIPMENT TO BE CLEANED. Do not use on materials that are not resistant to alkali: Aluminum, brass, copper, painted, galvanized and similar surfaces.
Storage:
Store in the original sealed container. Ideal storage conditions 5 °C to + 25 °C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
Note:
May be corrosive to metals. Causes severe skin and eye damage. If medical attention is needed, keep the product packaging or label handy. Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe vapours, aerosols. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, safety glasses. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF IN CONTACT WITH SKIN (or hair): Remove all contaminated clothing immediately. Rinse the skin with water. IN CASE OF GETTING IN EYES: Rinse gently with water for a few minutes. Remove the contact lenses if they are fitted and if they can be removed easily. Continue rinsing. Call a doctor immediately. Remove contents/packaging by transferring to the hazardous waste section of the collection yard or to an authorized person. Hazardous substances: Hydroxydodium.
