Leros Calm Menstruation 20 × 1.5 g

This herbal blend contains the "female" herb lady's mantle, which promotes a feeling of well-being before and during menstruation and refreshes the body. It is also traditionally known as Our Lady's mantle. White dead-nettle and yarrow contribute to (pre)menstrual comfort, while oregano and mint support normal digestion.

Preparation and Dosage

Pour 200ml of boiling water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse in a covered container for 10 minutes. The tea should always be prepared fresh.
Adults:
2–4 cups per day
Do not exceed the stated dosage.

Taste and Aroma

The slightly bitter taste of the oregano and lady's mantle, which is also used to flavour dishes, is balanced by refreshing mint and lemon balm. The tea's aroma has spicy notes of oregano, menthol from the mint, and a hint of lemon from the balm. The golden colour of the infusion gradually darkens to a greenish-brown shade.
