Leros Urinary tract, kidney 20 × 1.5 g

A blend of selected herbs with birch and goldenrod that contribute to normal urinary tract function. The birch tree is considered a symbol of new beginnings and purity and has always had an irreplaceable place in folk healing. In addition to birch leaves, goldenrod, which used to be planted near dwellings because people believed it brought good luck, also has a beneficial effect on the kidneys. Your kidneys will also appreciate the care of heather, horsetail, honeysuckle or thorn needle.

Preparation and dosing

Pour boiling water (250 ml) over 1 teabag and infuse in a covered container for 10 minutes. Tea is drunk lukewarm. It is always prepared fresh.
Adults:
2-4 cups per day
Children from 3 years:
1-2 cups per day
Do not exceed the stated dosage. The recommended duration of use is 3 weeks, after 2 weeks the treatment can be repeated.

Taste and aroma

The slightly bitter taste of birch and goldenrod is balanced by pleasant heather, cool mint and the sweet note of thorny needle root. The aroma of the tea is dominated by the fresh pepperiness of mint and the citrusy hint of goldenrod. The infusion has the light green-yellow colour of a summer meadow.
