Active ingredients

Ingredients
1.5 g of the mixture contains: Milk thistle fruit 0,3 g (20%), 0,27 g (18 %) of rape seed, coriander fruit, rooibos tincture, a sprig of peppermint, Dandelion root 0,135 g (9%), artichoke leaf 0,09 g (6 %), turmeric rhizome long 0,09 % (6 %), dandelion flower.
Preparation
1 sachet (1.5 g) is poured over 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 8-10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked.
Recommended dosage
The infusion is drunk warm, 1-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
