Dýchánek herbal tea is a unique blend of rosehip, maté tea, ginger, rooibos, fennel, mint, liquorice, cinnamon, nettle, hibiscus, chamomile, dandelion, cardamom and spirulina. This tea supports respiratory health (ginger + fennel), strengthens the immune system (ginger) and contributes to normal digestive function (fennel). It contains antioxidants and serves as an excellent aid in daily vitality care (ginger). Ingredients
Hibiscus, rosehip, ginger, fennel, maté tea, nettle, liquorice, cinnamon, mint, spirulina, chamomile, cardamom, dandelion, rooibos.
Recommended preparation
Pour 200ml of boiling water over 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of tea in a cup. Infuse for 5 minutes and then strain. Consume 2× daily. You can sweeten the fragrant brew with honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup, or add your other favourite superfoods.
