Ingredients
Apple, ginger (19%), orange, Mint, Eucalyptus, sage (5%), black elder.
Preparation
Place 1 teaspoon (approx. 2 g) of tea in a mug and pour 200 ml of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes and then drain. It is recommended to consume the tea twice a day. You can sweeten the fragrant infusion with honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup.
