Ingredients
Green tea, ginger, carrots, hibiscus, mint, carob, coriander, parsley. Green tea = 20%.
Preparation
Place 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of tea into a mug and pour over 200mL of boiling water. Infuse for 5–8 minutes and then strain. You can sweeten the infusion with honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup.
