Ingredients
Ginger, marigold, pineapple, green tea.
Recommended preparation
Put 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of tea into a mug and pour over 200ml of water at approximately 90°C. Infuse for 2–3 minutes and then strain. You can sweeten the fragrant infusion with honey, coconut sugar or agave syrup, or add other favourite superfoods.
